To cultivate teamwork among and between lay leaders and pastors.
To explore the possibilities of joining with brothers and sisters of a common faith in responding in love and service to the many challenges facing the Asian American Church and Asian American community.
To establish solidarity with other Asian American Christian organizations, laity of Asian American communities and community based organizations. The service of expressing a redemptive testimony to the Asian American community by working together in unity.
To emphasize a more systematic and thorough formation of the laity in its understanding of its identity and role, and in the social teaching of the Church. Workshops, conferences, and education opportunities will be offered regularly and in simplified form with varying degree of disciplines.
To encourage and assist the Asian American church by encouraging laity to actively take up its unique role based on the social teachings of the Church.
To develop strategies for networking and development of Asian American lay leaders through an annual conference and ongoing academy.
